Premier Inn, New Waverley

This two-hotel development in the heart of Edinburgh holds the first Hub by Premier Inn to open outside of London, in addition to a Premier Inn hotel stretching over 6 storeys and containing 127 bedrooms next door. In total, the development comprised almost 300 bedrooms.

Vercon worked as part of the design team to contributing traffic analysis and planning advice and providing a specification for three MRL units at the tender stage of the project.
