Austen House, Southampton

Austen house is a student accommodation block developed for Knightsbridge Student Housing. The project is located on a cleared site with archaeological merit, which contains part of the old town walls. The building holds 356 student residences.

Vercon worked on this project, carrying out passenger lift traffic analysis, providing planning advice and forming a lift specification for tender. In total the scheme has three MRL passenger units installed.
