The Ewart building will also be converted to office space a part of the project. This project is based in the heart of Belfast city centre, adjacent to the newly refurbished landmark Grand Central Hotel.

Vercon are providing a full scope Vertical Transportation service for this 200,000+ square foot development, including the specification of a 3m/s MRL passenger lift group with a hall call allocation control system.
