Canada Water – Plot K1, London

The project involves constructing a 6-storey residential building with 79 affordable homes in a C-shaped configuration around a central communal garden. Plot K1, part of the first phase of British Land’s 53-acre Canada Water Masterplan, is uniquely located next to Russia Dock Woodland and Stave Hill Ecological Park.

Vercon was tasked with providing dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice, as well as producing a specification document for tender. In collaboration with top lift suppliers, Vercon developed a comprehensive lift package consisting of 2 passenger/goods lifts, which have more than met the needs and requirements of the site.
