City Square House, Leeds

City Square House is a 12-storey building comprising 140,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and to include a double height entrance reception, common areas, multiple terraces and extensive cycling, electric vehicle and e-bike charging point facilities.

Vercon was tasked with providing dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice, as well as producing a specification document for tender. In collaboration with top lift suppliers, Vercon developed a comprehensive lift package consisting of 6 passenger/goods MRL lifts, which have more than met the needs and requirements of the site.
