Clarendon House, Belfast

Nine storey office development with 100,000 ft²of City Council office space in the centre of Belfast. The new build is linked to the existing Cecil Ward site by a link bridge at first floor level.

Vercon carried out passenger traffic analysis, provided planning advice and produced lift specifications for tender. The project included a total of four MRL passenger units.
