Clayton Hotel Charlemont, Dublin

A 181-bedroom development for Clayton split across six storeys, fronting onto Charlemont street and adjacent to the Grand Canal in Dublin.

Vercon worked with the design and build team on the project to deliver a vertical transport solution. through planning and traffic analysis, we were able to deliver a lift specification to be sent out for tender. The development has two passenger MRL units and a third MRL for service use.
