College Avenue is a high profile development of student accommodation for Queen’s University in Belfast city centre. The project holds 804 residences spread over 12 storeys, with additional commercial space and car parking.

Vercon’s involvement with the BT1 development included planning advice and traffic analysis as well as the specification of 6 MRL passenger lifts.
