Custom House, Glasgow

The redevelopment of Custom House in Glasgow is being undertaken for Artisan Real Estate. The project will turn the existing Grade A-listed building into the first Clayton Hotel in Scotland. The overall footprint of the site is 2700 sq m.

Vercon are have worked with the design team, providing advice and analysis to produce a lift specification for tender. In total the job includes eleven passenger MRL units and two platform lifts.
