The Erskine House project is an 8-storey office building in Belfast City centre, with 100,000 sq ft of office space and ground floor retail units.

Vercon worked with the design team, providing dynamic traffic analysis and advice throughout the design process. The team also provided a lift specification for tender. The project included 4 MRL passenger units.
