Exchange Square, Birmingham

Exchange Square was a new build construction of a landmark 34-storey (106m) residential tower that will be the tallest on the Brownfield City-centre site, to comprise 375 Build to Rent apartments in a range of studio, 1, 2 and 3-bed units.

Vercon was tasked with providing dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice, as well as producing a specification document for tender. In collaboration with top lift suppliers, Vercon developed a comprehensive lift package consisting of eight passenger/goods MRL lifts, which will more than meet the needs and requirements of the site.
