The project involves constructing a 17-storey Maldron hotel with 188 bedrooms, including a coffee lounge, bar, restaurant, gym, and landscaping works. The 4-star hotel redevelops a former surface car park in Salford’s prominent Chapel Street area, contributing to the wider Deansgate regeneration.
Vercon was tasked with providing dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice, as well as producing a specification document for tender. In collaboration with top lift suppliers, Vercon developed a comprehensive lift package consisting of 4 passenger/goods lifts, which have more than met the needs and requirements of the site.
