Malrdon Hotel, Park Lane, Liverpool

This project involved constructing a 9-storey, 268-bedroom 4-star Maldron hotel, wrapping around a bright internal courtyard and featuring extensive blue and green roofs. Located at the junction of Liver Street and Park Lane, this development will transform a key Liverpool site that has been a surface car park since 1977.

Vercon was tasked with providing dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice, as well as producing a specification document for tender. In collaboration with top lift suppliers, Vercon developed a comprehensive lift package consisting of 4 passenger/goods lifts, which have more than met the needs and requirements of the site.
