Mixed use development in Belfast City Centre combining both student accommodation and a Maldron Brand hotel. The student accommodation holds 476 residences, while the adjoining hotel development has 237 bedrooms. The development spans 16 storeys.

Vercon worked with the design team on both developments, offering planning advice and carrying out detailed lift traffic analysis. Vercon also contributed the lift specification for the tender process. In total, the student accommodation block has two MRL passenger units and the hotel contains 3 MRL passenger units and a single service lift.
