Mount Pleasant Phase 3 & 4, London

Phase 3 & 4 involves constructing a mixed-use development with 370 mixed-tenure residential units, offering private and shared ownership apartments. The development comprises five blocks (6-15 storeys) built sequentially over a basement with complex substructures due to existing postal rail tunnels. The project includes an underground residential carpark and public realm landscaping. Phases 3 and 4 are the final stages of the ‘Postmark’ development, transforming the former Royal Mail Mount Pleasant sorting office site in Farringdon.

Vercon was tasked with providing dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice, as well as producing a specification document for tender. In collaboration with top lift suppliers, Vercon developed a comprehensive lift package consisting of 26 passenger/goods lifts, which have more than met the needs and requirements of the site.
