The NE01 project is a 770-unit purpose-built student accommodation across 20 storeys. It included two lounges, a gym, screen room, games room, private dining area, communal study space, social areas, cycle storage, and external gardens and podiums. Located at the junction of Fulton Road and Rutherford Way within the North East Lands development in Wembley Park, this is Plot NE01.
Vercon was tasked with providing dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice, as well as producing a specification document for tender. In collaboration with top lift suppliers, Vercon developed a comprehensive lift package consisting of 4 passenger/goods lifts, which have more than met the needs and requirements of the site.
