The project at 1 Lambeth High Street involved the conversion of 66,741 sq. ft of office space into residential units, with 55 high end residential units and 14 affordable homes. The unit consists of 11 storeys and is situated opposite Lambeth Palace with views over the River Thames and of the Houses of Parliament.

Vercon offered planning advice, carried out passenger lift traffic analysis and produced lift specifications for tender. The project included five MRL units.
