Paradise Street, Oxford

This project was a redevelopment of the historic Cooper Callas site, involving the demolition of the site at 15 Paradise Street in order to develop a 4-star hotel for the Courtyard by Marriott brand. Rising six storeys to hold 150 bedrooms, in addition to this the development also includes a restaurant, deli and roof terrace.

Vercon carried out passenger lift traffic analysis, provided planning advice and produced lift specifications for tender. The project included 2 MRL guest lifts and an MRL service lift.
