Premier Inn, Maidenhead

This project included 50,000 sq ft of Class A commercial office space and a 124 bed Premier Inn along with associated support space and facilities and a coffee shop.

Vercon worked extensively on the vertical transportation aspect of the project, providing traffic analysis and planning advice as well as the creation of a lift specification for tender. In total, the project comprised of 5 MRL passenger units across the hotel and adjoining office space.
