The project involves the construction of 554 build-to-rent and affordable apartments across 13 blocks, ranging from 8 to 16 storeys, with three podiums. Designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and Home Quality Mark 4 ratings, the apartments feature dual or triple aspects, communal roof gardens, and first-floor courtyard spaces. The podiums and ground-level infills will house commercial spaces and residential services.

Vercon was tasked to deliver dynamic traffic analysis and expert planning guidance for the project, alongside developing a detailed specification document for the tender process. Partnering with leading lift suppliers, Vercon crafted a tailored lift solution that met and exceed the operational needs of the site. This lift package ensures smooth and efficient transportation within the development, aligning with the project’s high standards for functionality and performance.
