Staybridge Holiday Inn, Heathrow

This project involved the development, design and build construction of a 623 bedroom Staybridge Holiday Inn hotel over six floors. The hotel complex comes complete with public areas, reception, restaurant, bar, café and associated back of house areas along with hard and soft landscaping. Accommodation comprises of 433 Holiday Inn Bedrooms, 145 Staybridge Studios and 45 Staybridge One Bed Apartments.

Vercon carried out passenger lift traffic analysis, provided planning advice and produced lift specifications for tender. The hotel makes use of nine MRL units, with seven passenger lifts and two for service use.
