Stroudley Walk, Bromley by Bow

The Stroudley Walk development in Bromley by Bow will create 274 new homes, including 82 for London Affordable Rent and 33 for shared ownership. The homes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom terraced houses, are part of a regeneration scheme in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, situated between Bruce Road and Bromley High Street near Bow Road. The project will feature four blocks with flexible retail, commercial, and community spaces, public realm improvements, a new pocket park, and a partially pedestrianised street.

Vercon was tasked with providing dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice, as well as producing a specification document for tender. In collaboration with top lift suppliers, Vercon developed a comprehensive lift package consisting of 7 passenger/goods lifts, which have more than met the needs and requirements of the site.
