New build student accommodation in Dublin. On the edge of the city centre and half a mile from Croke Park. Demolition of an existing building to make way for a 393-room development spread over 8 storeys.

Vercon aided the design team through provision of dynamic traffic analysis and planning advice. The Vercon team also aided the tender process by producing a lift specification for two passenger MRL units.
