The Brixton Hill Project, London

The newly constructed seven-storey building, including a basement, overlooking Rush Common, features 74 homes across three blocks—44 private and 30 affordable—offering a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Commercial and retail spaces are integrated at the ground and basement levels, along with a purpose-built archive facility for the London Borough of Lambeth Archives.

Vercon was tasked to deliver dynamic traffic analysis and expert planning guidance for the project, alongside developing a detailed specification document for the tender process. Partnering with leading lift suppliers, Vercon crafted a comprehensive lift solution that was tailored to meet and exceed the operational needs of the site. This lift package ensures smooth and efficient transportation within the development, aligning with the project’s high standards for functionality and performance.
