Wembley South West Lands (Phase 1)

South West Lands Phase 1 is a residential accommodation block of up to 18 storeys, with 3 storey link building, basement plant area, retail units facing onto station square, located a short distance from Wembley Stadium.

Vercon undertook passenger traffic analysis and provided planning advice throughout the design process. The team also produced a lift specification for tender. The project included 5 MRL units for occupant transportation.
